§ 53.37 WHEN ADVANCE PAYMENTS TO BE APPLIED TO CURRENT BILL.

Upon severance of service for any reason, the advance payment shall be applied to the current bill and to any arrearages. Any balance after clearance of account shall be refunded to the customer.
