§ 50.31 LITTERING PROHIBITED.

No person shall throw, place, scatter, spill or cause to be thrown, placed, scattered, or spilled any refuse, garbage, recyclable material, yard waste, dirt, debris, or litter in or upon the private property of any other person without that person's consent or in or upon any public right- of-way, street, stream, or recreational area.
