§ 50.30 PROPER STORAGE.

All residential and commercial refuse, garbage, recyclable material, ashes, and yard waste shall be stored in its provided or purchased container. These containers shall be covered or enclosed to prohibit leakage and ensure containment of any refuse, garbage, recyclable material, ashes, or yard waste.
