Frequency of collection from any particular commercial or business user who utilizes front loading containers will be determined between the user and the Public Works Director or his duly authorized representative. The frequency of collection shall not, however, exceed three times per week on the days of Monday through Friday. Collections will not be made on city holidays and the next collection following a holiday will be on the next scheduled collection day.
