(A) The Public Works Director in cooperation with the property owner of the designated space or spaces will designate parking stalls to be set aside and reserved exclusively for physically disabled parking as required by state laws.
(B) The Public Works Director is authorized to place and maintain, or cause to be placed and maintained, any signs or markings as he or she may deem necessary, or as may be required by local, state or federal law, to indicate parking for disabled individuals.
