§ 71.09 LIGHTS ON PARKED VEHICLES.
   (A)   Whenever a vehicle is lawfully parked at night time upon any street within a business or residential district, no lights need be displayed upon the parked vehicle.
   (B)   Whenever a vehicle is parked upon a street or highway outside of a business or residential district during the hours between one-half hour after sunset and one-half hour before sunrise, the vehicle shall be equipped with one or more lamps which shall exhibit a light on the roadway side visible from a distance of 500 feet to the front of the vehicle and a red light visible from a distance of 500 feet to the rear.
   (C)   Any lighted head lamp upon a parked vehicle shall be depressed or dimmed.
