§ 71.06 PARKING FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES.
   No person shall park a vehicle upon any street in the city for the principal purpose of:
   (A)   Displaying the vehicle for sale;
   (B)   Washing, greasing or repairing the vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency; or
   (C)   Advertising, except by permit issued by the Chief of Police and under the conditions stipulated therein.
