(A) Living unit equivalent defined. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
LIVING UNIT EQUIVALENT (LUE). A measure of equivalent use as related to a single-family residence.
(B) Minimum water and sewer fee. The city shall assess a minimum water and sewer fee in association with new developments and projects as determined by the living unit equivalent method or LUE in which water and sewer minimum fees are determined by a factor relative to single-family residence.
(C) Living unit equivalent program. The city hereby adopts the "Living Unit Equivalent Program" presented by Exhibit A (Exhibit A is in division (E) below) to provide a standard for which minimum water and sewer fees are determined.
(D) Quantity. The establishment of the multiplier by this section shall in no way guarantee anys specific level of service or quantity of service. Provisions in ordinances heretofore adopted by the city with respect only to the above stated provisions that are to the extent inconsistent herewith are hereby rescinded.
(E) Exhibit A; living unit equivalent program. LUE factor relative to single-family use. If a particular development or specific use is not indicated in any of the following categories, the Public Works Director shall determine the LUE based on meter size.
