§ 90.076 RESORT TO THE COURTS.
   Nothing in this division shall be construed as abridging the right of the city to resort to the courts of this state for the enforcement of this division, or of the rights of any owner to resort to the courts of this state in an attempt to enjoin the enforcement of this division.
