§ 90.070 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COMMERCIAL WASTE. Waste from premises used wholly or mainly for the purpose of a trade or business or for the purpose of sport, recreation, education, or entertainment, but not including residential, construction, or industrial waste.
   CONSTRUCTION WASTE. Discarded materials generally considered to be not water soluble and non-hazardous in nature, including but not limited to steel, gravel, glass, lumber, brick, concrete, asphalt material, pipe, barrels, gypsum wallboard (sheetrock), rubble, useless fragments of building material, paint and any other hazardous material resulting from the construction or destruction of a structure as part of a construction or demolition project or from the renovation of a structure.
   HAZARDOUS WASTE. Waste with properties that make it dangerous or potentially harmful to human health or the environment including but not limited to chemicals of any kind, asbestos, cleaning fluids, untreated medical waste, pesticides or herbicides, tires, batteries, paint or thinners, oil, oil filters, and antifreeze.
   HOUSEHOLD ITEMS. Appliances, furniture, clocks, containers, bins, luggage, suitcases, cookware, electronics, televisions, and/or any other materials or device that would not generally be used outdoors.
   INDUSTRIAL WASTE. Waste produced by industrial activity which includes any material that is rendered useless during a manufacturing process such as that of factories, mills, mining operations and drilling operations.
   RESIDENTIAL WASTE. Solid waste comprising of garbage and rubbish (such as bottles, cans, clothing, compost, disposable food packaging, diapers, paper goods of any kind, food scraps, newspapers, and magazines) that originate from private homes or apartments.
   RUBBISH. Nondecayable waste from a public or private establishment or residence.
   YARD WASTE. Limbs, brush, shrubs, mulch, piles of leaves and/or tree and grass trimmings.
