§ 50.21 TAP FEES.
   (A)   All persons desiring connection for residential, commercial, and industrial use to the city sewer system at a location where no service from the city mains to the property to be served exists shall pay a tap fee for the connection, an amount as set by the City Council and maintained in the city's master fee schedule for the connection. Any collected tap fee will not be refunded once work has commenced on the tap.
   (B)   Commercial or industrial tap fees and costs may exceed this minimum, depending on the type of service connection desired. Additional tap fees shall be determined by the Director of Public Works on basis of the reasonable and necessary costs incurred in making such a tap.
