The 2015 edition of the International Plumbing Code ("IPC") and its updates and supplements are hereby adopted by the city for regulating and governing the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of plumbing systems. This adoption of the 2015 edition of the IPC and its amendments is declared effective immediately upon receipt by the city and filing with the City Secretary of one copy of the IPC. This adoption also adopts any uniform amendment recommendations promulgated by the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG)'s Regional Codes Coordinating Committee (IPC) to the IBC and found at (www.nctcog.org).
