A person who violates § 54.02 of this chapter is guilty of a Class C misdemeanor offense, and if found guilty, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $250 and not more than $2,000 for each violation. The city reserves the right to recover losses in a civil action due to damage to city property, repair labor costs, repair equipment costs and repair materials/parts occurring because of a violation under this chapter.
