There is hereby established a special expense fee of $25 which shall be collected, after due notice to the defendant, for the issuance of a warrant of arrest for an offense under Tex. Penal Code, § 38.10 titled, “Bail Jumping and Failure to Appear” and Tex. Transp. Code, § 543.009 of the titled “Compliance with or Violation of Promise to Appear.”
