§ 53.17 EXCEPTIONS.
   On well bores located no closer than 1,320 feet to any occupied residence, commercial structure or public building, the regulations contained hereinabove regulating decibel levels of sound, steel slush pits and restricting nighttime operations and night watchpersons shall not apply.
