§ 36.16 RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF OFFICERS.
   (A)   When law enforcement officers of the city are sent to another municipality or a county, they shall be in all things subject to the provisions of the state law adopted by § 36.14 above.
   (B)   The officer shall be considered a peace officer of the county or other municipality under the command of the law enforcement officer therein, who is in charge in that municipality or county and, as provided by state law, shall be vested with all the powers of a regular law enforcement officer in the county or other municipality.
   (C)   The law enforcement officers of the city shall be considered under the terms of the state law and shall be entitled to the same wage, salary, pension and all other compensations while performing police duties outside of the territorial limits of the city as though the same services were being rendered in the city.
   (D)   The city shall pay to the officers such wages, salary, pension and other benefits, together with medical, travel, food, lodging and other expenses incurred on account of performing services outside of the territorial limits of the city and the city shall be reimbursed by the county or other municipality requesting the services out of which the payments and expenses arose, as is provided by state law.
