§ 36.10 DUTIES OF THE CITY MARSHAL.
   The City Marshal shall be the chief law enforcement officer of the city and as such, shall have supervision over the members of the Police Department whether regular or reserve, and shall, with the approval of the City Council, establish procedures and regulations as may be necessary for the orderly administration of the Police Department.
