§ 51.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT. Any store, restaurant, house used for non-residential purpose, or other premises used for conducting business to the public that produces commercial waste. The term BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT is synonymous with the term COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT for purposes of this chapter and Chapter 90 of this code of ordinances.
   COMMERCIAL WASTE. Garbage, refuse, trash and/or rubbish generated as a by-product of any commercial operation generated upon its premises. The term does not include swills, slops, toxic or corrosive materials, manure or other material which is or might be harmful to collection personnel or equipment.
   WASTE CONTAINER. A truck-loaded or truck-emptied non-disposable container, commonly referred to as a dumpster, used for the collection of commercial garbage and rubbish.
