For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BB GUN. Includes BB guns, air or pellet guns, paintball guns, bows and arrows, crossbows or any other hand held device that fires or pushes a projectile by the use of compressed gas, string or spring.
URBAN AREA. The area within the city limits that includes the area in the original dedicated township and all public streets, roadways, alleys and public rights-of-way; a city park; any land in the city that has been platted; any track of land that is less than five acres; and/or any track of land that is posted against shooting or hunting.
