For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
FIREARM. A gun, pistol, revolver, rifle, shotgun and/or other device that fires a projectile by the ignition of a propellant.
URBAN AREA. That area within the city limits that includes the area in the original dedicated township and all public streets, roadways, alleys and public rights of way; a city park; any land in the city that has been platted; any track of land that is less than five acres; and/or any track of land that is posted against shooting or hunting.
