§ 130.01 MISDEMEANORS UNDER STATE LAWS.
   All misdemeanors named in the Penal Code of the State of Texas of which the Municipal Court has jurisdiction are hereby declared to be offenses against the city, and the fines and penalties and other punishments shall be the same as prescribed in the Penal Code.
