(A) Streets may be constructed of reinforced concrete pavement or hot mix asphaltic concrete on a compacted stabilized sub-grade.
(B) Concrete pavement shall be provided with either an integral curb poured with the pavement or a separate curb constructed on top of, or doweled to, the concrete pavement. Hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement with curb and gutter shall be provided with a combination curb and gutter section.
