§ 93.45 FIRE DEPARTMENT MAY DESTROY BUILDINGS.
   The Fire Department may, in the course of attempting to extinguish a fire, destroy certain buildings which are deemed necessary in the pursuit of extinguishing a fire, and in the promotion of the public safety. Payment of damage, if any is to be made, shall be done in accordance with Texas Local Gov’t Code, § 342.005.
