§ 93.34 GASOLINE CONTAINERS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, dispense or otherwise distribute gasoline by transfer to a container or tank which is unsafe for the containment and storage of gasoline. A container is unsafe if it is not vapor proof or if it is constructed of glass or other fragile material.
