§ 93.09 PERMITS FOR DISCHARGE OF FIREWORKS.
   (A)   Any adult 21 years of age or older may be issued a permit for supervised public displays of fireworks. An application permit shall be made in writing at least ten days in advance of the date of display to the City Marshal and City Fire Marshal, setting forth the nature of fireworks to be delivered or discharged, safety procedures to be observed, and posting of bond or policy of insurance naming city as loss payee, or additional loss payee in an amount satisfactory to the City Marshal and City Fire Marshal.
   (B)   The City Marshal and City Fire Marshal shall issue a permit by letter stating the time, date, place and safety measures to be observed for the delivery or discharge of the fireworks.
