(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to possess, sell, dispose or deliver fireworks of any type, including but not limited to firecrackers, Roman candles, torpedoes or devil chasers within the city limits without a valid permit.
(B) The City Marshal or Fire Marshal shall take or remove, at the owner’s expense, all stocks of fireworks offered for sale, stored or held in violation of this subchapter.
