§ 90.111 RIGHT OF ENTRY UPON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   Any person authorized by the city to administer the provisions of this subchapter shall be, and he or she hereby is, authorized to enter upon private property at all reasonable times and confined to the purposes specified in this subchapter to examine vehicles or parts thereof, obtain information as to the identity of vehicles and to remove or to cause the removal of a vehicle or parts thereof declared to be nuisance pursuant to this subchapter. The entry shall be conducted efficiently and no person authorized under this subchapter shall remain or stay on property beyond the time that is necessary to execute their duty under this subchapter. The Municipal Court of this city shall have the authority to issue all orders necessary to enforce this subchapter.
