§ 90.109 DISPOSITION OF JUNKED VEHICLES OR PARTS.
   Junked vehicles or parts thereof shall be disposed of by removal to a scrapyard, demolisher or to any suitable site operated for processing as scrap or salvage, which process shall be consistent with Texas Transp. Code § 683.078.
