§ 90.108 CANCEL OF CERTIFICATE OF TITLE UPON NOTIFICATION TO STATE OF TEXAS.
   The Chief of Police or designate shall give to the Texas Highway Department, within five days after the date of removal, a notice identifying the vehicle or part thereof, which has been removed, and requesting that the Department shall forthwith cancel the certificate of title to the vehicle.
