§ 90.106 ADOPTION OF STATE LAW REGULATIONS.
   Tex. Transp. Code, Ch. 683, Subchapter E, pertaining to junked vehicles is adopted and made effective as a municipal law, together with the definitions recited in the subchapter, and with the procedures established therein.
