§ 90.036 MANURE, OIL AND THE LIKE; ACCUMULATION.
   Manure from cowlots, horse stables, poultry yards, pigeon lofts and waste and oils from garage and filling stations, shall be disposed of at the expense of the party responsible for the same under the direction of the Director of Public Works.
