§ 90.021 CONTAINERS.
   (A)   Garbage or trash to be stored on premises within the city awaiting pickup for disposal by the city or its delegate shall be placed in the containers or packages as the City Council may from time to time direct.
   (B)   No liability shall be occasioned on the part of the city because of this requirement.
