§ 90.006 FOOD SERVICE SANITATION ORDINANCE ADOPTED.
   For the purpose of regulating food establishments and food handlers in the city, there is hereby adopted the U.S. Public Health Service, Food Service Sanitation Ordinance, 1962 edition, one copy of which is on file in the office of the City Secretary. Any person violating any provision of the ordinance shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.
