§ 90.001 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FOOD. Includes all articles used by humans for food, drink, flavoring, confectionary and condiment, whether simple, mixed or compounded.
