§ 10.07 SEVERABILITY.
   If any provision of this code as now or later amended or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, declared void, ineffective, or unconstitutional by a valid judgment or final decree of a court of competent jurisdiction, such voidness, ineffectiveness, or unconstitutionality shall not affect any of the remaining phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs, subsections, chapters, subchapters, etc. since the same would have been enacted by the City Council without the incorporation.
