The zoning districts are so designed as to carry out the intent and purpose of the comprehensive plan. For the purposes of this chapter, the city is, or may be, divided into the following districts:
(A) R-1 Suburban Residential;
(B) R-2 Urban Residential;
(C) R-3 Multiple Residential;
(D) B-1 Community Business;
(E) I-2 Light Industrial;
(F) C-1 Conservation;
(G) A-1 Agricultural; and
(H) MH Mobile Home Rental Park.
