§ 114.02  CONTRIBUTION REQUIRED.
   (A)   Any organization licensed to conduct lawful gambling within the city shall contribute 10% of its net profits from the conduct of lawful gambling to the City Charitable Gambling Fund.
   (B)   The contributions shall be made within 15 days at the end of each calendar quarter.
   (C)   For purposes of this chapter, a CALENDAR QUARTER shall be deemed to end at 11:59 p.m. on March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1.
