(A) The terms contained in this chapter shall have the meaning ascribed to them by M.S. §§ 349.11 et seq., as they may be amended from time to time, and any successor statutes dealing with the regulation of lawful charitable gambling.
(B) NET PROFITS are gross profits less sums actually expended for allowable expenses as reported to the State Department of Revenue pursuant to the laws and regulations of the state relating to lawful gambling.
