(A) The city shall require a copy of all other state or federal permits as they apply to the project.
(B) Abandoned wells, if any, shall be sealed in accordance with state and county requirements.
(C) Monitoring wells and/or static water level readings of neighboring property owner wells may be required as necessary.
(D) The city shall require a copy of any impending Environmental Assessment Worksheets (EAW) or Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) as determined by the local governmental unit.
