§ 53.044  CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATION REVIEW AND APPROVAL.
   (A)   For any property on which an SSTS construction permit is required, approval, and issuance of a valid SSTS construction permit must be obtained before a land use permit may be issued by the city.
   (B)   The city shall review a permit application and supporting documents. Upon satisfaction that the proposed work will conform to the provisions of this chapter, the city shall authorize construction of the SSTS as designed. In the event the applicant makes a significant change to the approved application, the applicant must file an amended application detailing the changed conditions for approval prior to initiating or continuing construction, modification, or operation for approval or denial. The city shall complete the review of the amended application within 15 working days of receipt of the amended application.
   (C)   If the permit application is incomplete or does not meet the requirements of this chapter, the city shall deny the application. A notice of denial shall be provided to the applicant, which must state the reason for the denial.
   (D)   If, after consideration of the application for a permit, the city finds that the work contemplated will not conform to or comply with the provisions of this chapter, the city shall deny the application for a permit. Notice of such denial shall be served on the applicant or permittee. The notice shall state the reason for denial. The permit application may be revised or corrected and resubmitted to the city at any reasonable time for reconsideration.
