§ 53.041 LICENSING REQUIREMENTS FOR SITE EVALUATORS, DESIGNERS, INSTALLERS, AND MAINTAINERS.

No person shall engage in the evaluation, inspection, design, installation, construction, alteration, extension, repair, maintenance, or pumping of SSTS in the City of Glenwood without first obtaining a license to perform such tasks from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. Any party conducting compliance inspections or for other legal purposes shall be licensed by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
