§ 53.020  STANDARDS ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   The city hereby adopts and incorporates by reference Minnesota Rules, Chapters 7080-7082 in their entirety as now constituted and from time to time amended. This adoption does not supersede the city's right or ability to adopt local standards that are in compliance with M.S. § 115.55.
