§ 53.005 SCOPE.

This chapter shall regulate the siting, design, installation, alteration, operation, maintenance, monitoring, and management of all SSTS in the City of Glenwood, including but not necessarily limited to individual SSTS and cluster or community SSTS/Midsized Sewage Treatment Systems (MSTS), privy vaults, and other non-water carried SSTS, repair and/or replacement of failing SSTS, and septage disposal.
