A registrant’s privileges may be revoked, temporarily or permanently, for providing false or misleading information; failure to provide updated information within thirty days of such change; failure to obtain licensure from the appropriate agency having licensing authority; suspension of licensure; transferring or allowing another person, firm, or corporation to use the registration; failure to maintain a certificate of liability insurance; conviction of two violations of this code or any ordinance of the city within a 12-month period; or for any conviction of illegal dumping.
