3-2-10: DAYS AND HOURS OF OPERATION:
   A.   Wine Retailers, Beer Retailers And Spirits Retailers (Off-Premises Consumption):
      1.   No holder of a retail wine license or a retail beer license shall sell any beer or wine for off-premises consumption at any hour other than between the hours of six o’clock (6:00) A.M. and two o’clock (2:00) A.M. the following day, Monday through Sunday. Retail wine and retail beer licensees shall be permitted to sell beer and wine on the day of any general, primary, runoff primary or special election whether on a national, state, county or city election.
      2.   No holder of a spirits retail license shall sell any alcoholic beverage for off-premises consumption at any hour other than between the hours of eight o’clock (8:00) A.M. and twelve o’clock (12:00) A.M. (midnight) the following day, Monday through Sunday, including all holidays except Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day. Retail spirits licensees shall be permitted to sell alcohol beverages on the day of any general, primary, runoff primary or special election whether on a national, state, county or city election.
      3.   Wholesale deliveries to package stores shall be permitted on all days that such stores are permitted to operate, except New Year's Day and July 4.
   B.   Days And Times Of Lawful Sale For On-Premises Consumption:
      1.   Through September 30, 2018: No alcoholic beverages may be sold, dispensed, served or consumed on the premises of a mixed beverage, caterer, public event, charitable event, special event, on-premises beer and wine licensee, small brewer or brewpub licensee between the hours of two o’clock (2:00) A.M. and ten o’clock (10:00) A.M.
      2.   After October 1, 2018: No alcoholic beverages may be sold, dispensed, served or consumed on the premises of a mixed beverage, caterer, public event, charitable event, special event, on-premises beer and wine licensee, small brewer or brewpub licensee between the hours of two o’clock (2:00) A.M. and eight o’clock (8:00) A.M.
      3.   The city will abide by and enforce any designations made by Tulsa County with respect to prohibiting the sales of alcoholic beverages on any or all of the following days or hours, as applicable:
         a.   On the first day of the week, commonly called Sunday;
         b.   On Decoration or Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
   C.   Special Provisions:
      1.   Motion picture theaters with mixed beverage licenses to sell alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption, subject to the presentation of identification showing that the purchaser is of legal drinking age and wearing a bracelet or hand-stamp.
      2.   Wineries may sell wine by the full glass within designated sampling areas at licensed locations and trade shows. (Ord. 755, 9-17-2018)
