A. Through September 30, 2018: No person shall sell at retail, and no person shall deliver in consequence or in contemplation of such a sale, any alcoholic beverages (as defined in title 37 of the Oklahoma statutes to exclude low-point beer) at any place in the city except at a licensed package store.
B. As Of October 1, 2018: The sale of beer and wine shall be permitted at such package stores, grocery stores, convenience stores and drug stores as have been licensed as retail sellers and have paid their occupation tax. (Ord. 755, 9-17-2018)
