2-2-1: DEFINITION OF CONTRACTUAL SERVICES:
"Contractual services", for the purpose of this chapter, means services performed for the city by persons not in the employment of the city, and may include the use of equipment or the furnishing of commodities in connection with such services under express or implied contract. (2002 Code § 3.04.010; amd. 2013 Code)
