1-10-3: SUCCESSION IN EMERGENCIES:
The line of succession to be used in establishing the government head of the city, in the event of an emergency or disaster that incapacitates one or more officers, shall be as follows:
   A.   Mayor, vice mayor and city council members acting by quorum if achievable.
   B.   City manager.
   C.   Assistant city manager.
   D.   Director of community development.
   E.   Chief of police.
   F.   Fire chief. (2002 Code § 2.32.030; amd. 2013 Code)
