Unless specifically defined in this section, words or phrases used in this chapter shall be interpreted to give them the meanings they have in common usage and to give this chapter its most reasonable application.
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT: A board established by the Glenpool city council to hear and render judgment on requests for administrative appeals or variances from this chapter.
CITY: The city of Glenpool, Oklahoma.
CITY MANAGER: The city manager for the city of Glenpool, or his representative.
DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: The city of Glenpool department of community development, or its authorized representative.
EARTH CHANGE: Excavating, grading, regrading, land filling, berming, diking, clearing, and grubbing of land within the city of Glenpool.
EARTH CHANGE PERMIT: A permit issued by the city of Glenpool authorizing excavation, grading, regrading, land filling, berming, diking, or grubbing of property.
TRACT: Any parcel of land subject to the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 617, 5-4-2009)
