A. Notice Of Violation: Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter, except section 9-2-7 of this chapter, shall be served by the city with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations. (2002 Code § 13.12.090)
B. Fine: Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided in subsection A of this section shall, upon conviction, be guilty of an offense punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code and as set forth in the municipal bond schedule adopted by the governing body as provided in section 1-11-19 of this code for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense. (2002 Code § 13.12.090; amd. 2013 Code)
C. Liability For Violations: Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned the city by reason of such violation. (2002 Code § 13.12.090)
